2009 In Person registration nights at Dousman Elementary School

 

   B-ball/S-ball/T-ball                                   Tuesday, March 3^rd      à5:30 to 7:30pm

   Flag Football & V-ball                              Tuesday, May 5^th          à5:30 to 7pm

 

Download your registrations under the appropriate sports and bring them in. Remember to bring your fees the night of registration.

 

For Baseball, Softball and T-ball a copy of your birth certificate is required.

 

If your form, fee and birth certificate (if required) are not handed in the night of registration, your child is not officially registered. Teams are put together based on dates of registration, if you miss the deadlines; you are risking your child’s ability to be placed on a team. Our goal is to have all kids play, but the different organizational rules mandate team sizes. Registering late also messes with the ordering of team uniforms. It takes weeks to organize teams, more time to order uniforms and weeks to get them in. We won’t risk the needs of most of the children and wait for late registrations. Please make it a priority, for your child’s sake, to register in person and completely the night of In-person registration.

 

Sport appropriate coordinators will be on hand to answer most questions. Don’t forget to bring your calendar if you’d like to sign up for a concession stand volunteer. Also, sponsor checks ($100) will be accepted at registration – if you’re interested in sponsoring a Ball team.
